Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
